Accomodation
Our house is located in the sunny south coast of Pico Island, in São-João.
We are living downstairs and the guest area is upstairs.
We can host up to 4 people in two spacious double bedrooms with sea view.
The accomodation includes also a bathroom, a walk-in closet, a living room and a balcony.
In the guest area there is no kitchen but you will find everything you need
to prepare your breakfast
(small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster).
The great location of the house gives easy access to differents natural swimming pool, wonderful view on Pico Mountain and the chance to observe Marine life from the balcony.
Located 40mn drive from the airport, 30mn drive from Madalena, 25mn drive from
São Roque do Pico and 10mn drive from Lajes do Pico

Spacious bathroom. Private bathroom for one room bookings and shared bathroom for both rooms bookings ( Family, groups of friends) [Not possible to take bath as we try to save water the best we can, but possible to take shower in the bathtube]

Amazing 180° ocean view from the balcony. Whales & Dolphins are passing in front very often.

This natural swimming pool is 50 meters away from the house. There are 2 others natural swimming pool in the village and plenty others around the island.
House Rules
- Payment : 25% deposit during booking, the rest must be paid the day of the arrival in The Blue Eden
- Check in is possible from 16h to 20h and check out until 11h
- Visitors must be kid friendly as we live in the same house with our 3 years old daughter
- Forbidden to smoke inside, to light any kind of fire
- No pets allowed
- Quiet time must be respected from 22h to 7h
- Cleaning is done between different guests and once a week for longer stay
-Guests must keep the accomodation clean and tidy
